A word of advice to anyone thinking of creating a
fully storyboarded fifty minute computer
animation - ask this question: Do you want to do
anything alse with your life over the next two
years??! If the answer is no, just double up the
time you thought it take to completion, say goodbye
to your friends, families and lovers, and crawl into
a dark room with thousands of pounds worth of
computer technology. Don't forget your modem -
essential for communication with the rest of the
world! Live off baked beans and water, sew your
own clothes and be blinded by any stray bits of
sunlight you may encounter.
Every time I ask why
we made Ancient Alien, it comes down to the advice
given by several thousand alien dwarf-elves that live
under a certain mushroom. Take care if you decide to
collaborate with this intelligent and humorous
entities - it could leave you over-motivated and
exhausted.
