I used to write.
I don't anymore. I don't have anything to say I know that isn't true I can no longer organise my thoughts in any kind of linear way Computers. Can't really blame them addiction - you choose to abuse. I used to have an opinion. Words used to mean something more than "content". I talk alot. I still have an opinion - only verbal. That opinion changes depending on circumstance. I was attracted to the net (in a way) because of its lack of permanance. You could fix everything. That changed. I guess I'm happy, as far as happy goes. What is happy anyway? Is it being "content"? Are you "content" with the "content"? That given do words make people happy? or is it something else. I often think being happy is not being able to think of anything better to do. If that is the case - is the ability to percieve options key to being happy? What about love? The cynic in me decrees love as the fear of being alone. The romantic in me says it's the ratification of the worth of your soul. For all I know it's a mental abhoration to escape darwinianism. Loving somebody in the shakespearian sense takes us pretty far from "survival of the fittest", "instinct to survive" etc. Romeo & Juliette, nuff said. Money, Women, Power...Star Trek That is my inspiration (if you believe anything you read) Money - makes the world go round. If you were "rich", what would you do. Money - makes the world go round. Money is nothing but the concept of worth. Why do people sell out? What does that mean anyway? Selling out seems to me to be appreciation of self-worth in yourself and others. maybe not. Women - Behind every great man .... An antiquated term if every I heard one. Extract the clichés and you have companionship. Friendship. Power - corrupts, absolute power ... The ability to control your surroundings and others. The ability to change your environment? The "power" to affect. The "power" effect. "empowered" Money, Women, Power...Star Trek Self Worth, friendship, change... Star Trek Work. "Work will make you free." X from Y X@Y validation. X - Y = 0 societal isolationism. Assuming truth to be subjective as opposed to objective. What is a lie? |
